Are there Age Restrictions to Stay at Harbor Shores?

All guests must be 21 or older to book and stay in a guest room unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What is Your Policy Regarding Early Arrivals and Late Departures?

Early check-ins may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Any arrivals prior to 11am will be charged a $25 fee. Late check-outs may be requested the day prior to your departure and are based on availability. There may be an additional fee associated with the extension.

What is your Parking Setup?

Please note that parking is restricted to one space per guest room. Boats and trailers are also not allowed on our lot, but we have other options. 

  • Arrivals: To avoid possible crowding in our front parking lot and lobby area during check-in, please feel free to contact us by phone at (888) 746-7371 or Text: 262-295-7850 to check the status of the lobby and your guest room when you arrive in town.
  • Guest Parking: Parking is complimentary to all of our overnight guests. Due to limited space, we can only guarantee parking on-site for one spot per guest room. There are several locations nearby where additional vehicles may park overnight. We also have limited access to an auxiliary lot for an extra fee.
  • Boat & Trailer Parking: We have partnered with a nearby lot for boats and trailers. This space is limited, at an extra charge, and must be reserved before arrival. Please contact our team directly for more information. For an additional option, CLICK HERE
  • Public Metered Parking: The new kiosks are touch-screen, and faster and easier to use than the previous vintage. Additionally, the new meters no longer accept paper money. They do accept quarters, dimes, nickels, and dollar coins. One may also pay via the Parkmobile app, and the kiosks accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well. Additionally, the kiosks are now "pay-by-license plate." All parking is $2 per hour Mon through Thurs and $4 per hour Fri, Sat, and Sun, with a 5 hour max except Lot I which is a 10 hour max. Paid parking will be enforced 9am to 7pm daily.

Do You Allow Pets?

Our establishment does not accommodate pets. Nonetheless, we warmly welcome guests who are assisted by service dogs. Please note that any breach of this policy will incur a $200 fine.

What is Harbor Shores’ Cancellation Policy?
  • Cancellations must be made through the original place of booking.
  • Reservations must be canceled 48 hours before arrival unless otherwise stated.
  • For cancellations that occur within 48 hours before the arrival date, the fee of one night's room plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Guarantee and cancellation policies are subject to change.
  • A $19.00 Administration Fee will be applied to each night in addition to the room rate and taxes.
  • Always review policies or terms and conditions while making your reservation.
  • When submitting your reservation, you are agreeing to the specific terms and conditions for that reservation type.
What are the Best Ways to Make Your Reservation at Harbor Shores?
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
  • Deposits are not required when booking through Harbor Shores directly.
  • Prepaid reservations may be required when making a reservation online or through a third party.
Is Smoking Allowed on Property?

Due to state law, Harbor Shores is 100% non-smoking on property, including guest room balconies. This applies to cannabis, cigars, cigarettes, vaping, etc.

What are Your Pool Hours?

Indoor heated pool, whirlpool, and sauna - open daily from 9am to 10pm. Outdoor heated pool and whirlpool (open mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting) - open daily from 9am to 10pm.
