Let us Host your next Meeting or Event!Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva offers 5,300 square feet of flexible and professional state-of-the-art conference capabilities to accommodate up to 250 guests. Each meeting room is equipped to handle most audio/visual needs and rooms feature individual climate controls. All meeting rooms also have wireless high-speed Internet access. Harbor Shores has the ability to host anything from golf outing hospitality rooms, smaller weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, and family retreats to Red Hat Society gatherings, large scrapbooking events, and catering to large corporate meetings in need of catering and breakout sessions. If our dates are open to accommodate your group we will do everything we can to meet your every request. All of our meeting rooms can be securely locked if requested. Need more space? No problem! We have partnered with The Riviera which adds an additional 7200 square feet of space to complete your meeting or banquet requirements.
Our Lighthouse Ballroom is our largest banquet room, decorated for weddings, social gatherings and larger corporate meetings. Located off of the main lobby the Lighthouse Ballroom can also be split into three smaller meeting rooms. With our new room dividers, the Lighthouse North and Lighthouse South, and Moorings can all be used simultaneously without any carrying voices from one room to the next. The Moorings is popular for use of catering services and breakouts while meetings are taking place in the Lighthouse.
The Pelican Bay is perfect for a smaller more private meeting or gathering. Located in our lower lobby, the banquet room is right next to bathrooms, has no windows or any reason for disruption. This room can hold 40-50 guests comfortably.
The Harbor Club is a large open room that is at the end of our lower lobby, just past the Pelican Bay. With large windows, this meeting room makes for a comfortable atmosphere for a more relaxed gathering. There are bathrooms within the room for your convenience and individual needs.
Suite B is our smallest banquet room and has been used for small, in-depth business meetings as well as for a massage therapist that a group has hired to do massages for their group throughout their stay. With its own private bathroom, Suite B is located just beyond the staircase in the hotel lobby, across from the indoor pool. This room is also popular for a hospitality room with a living room type set-up for a relaxing environment.
